edit Only other thing I can think of, is to make sure you plugged the 3.5mm jack IN all the way, on the back of the motherboard. I just went through every sound setting (Windows and Realtek) that I can find.this was the only one that seemed to have to do with a left and right speaker. I'm assuming that Front is the subwoofer. notice that the checked box, says: Front, left and right. I don't really mess with any of the sound settings, but in the Realtek Audio Console I noticed this one setting that seems like it might cause the symptoms you're seeing?
They (including the subwoofer) work fine. They are plugged into the green audio jack on the back of the motherboard. I also have Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 THX speakers (non blue tooth version). I then bring it into my bedroom where my desktop is (specs listed below), and the two speakers work perfectly fine, but the subwoofer just flat out doesn't work. Everything works fine, the speakers and subwoofer work great and sound great. I recently bought Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX desktop speakers and tested them out in my living room which is hooked up to an Acer Predator Laptop.
