edit Only other thing I can think of, is to make sure you plugged the 3.5mm jack IN all the way, on the back of the motherboard. I just went through every sound setting (Windows and Realtek) that I can find.this was the only one that seemed to have to do with a left and right speaker. I'm assuming that Front is the subwoofer. notice that the checked box, says: Front, left and right. I don't really mess with any of the sound settings, but in the Realtek Audio Console I noticed this one setting that seems like it might cause the symptoms you're seeing?

They (including the subwoofer) work fine. They are plugged into the green audio jack on the back of the motherboard. I also have Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 THX speakers (non blue tooth version).
